HiiT Sessions

The Hiit sessions are designed to be instruction videos demonstrating each exercise and showing you how to adapt it to suit your body and fitness level. Start with HiiT 1, perfect the exercise (using the video as reference guide if you need too), remember the simple rules of a HiiT session:

  1. Warm up (use clip)
  2. Set the timer for 25mins, rotate through each exercise getting to your effort level ‘9’ after each one recovering to effort level ‘6’ continuously for 25 mins repeating the exercise selection if you have time. Eventually you will remember the exercise so you won’t need the videos! After 2 weeks (having completed 2-3 x 25 min HiiT sessions each week, move onto HiiT 2 if you feel ready)
  3. After the HiT session you can do the Cool Down clip.
    You could also combine the Warm Up, Pilates and Cool Down clips to create a standalone session.
    Or if you only have 10 mins spare just to the Pilates clip!


If you have any medical conditions or injuries please consult your doctor before starting. Our workouts are only suitable for those who are injury free and in good general health. You are responsible for exercising at a level that is right for you. If at any point during the workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately. All exercises are carried out at your own risk. The Fitness Academy is not responsible for any injuries that result from participating in the exercises shown in this programme.
