Welcome to the Fitness Academy exercise library. Set up with love, expertise and passion to provide you with a selection of our signature classes and a friendly familiar face to allow you to continue to exercise while ‘staying home’. Remember if you have trouble sticking to a regular exercise routine with these videos (and many of us do), we are still running virtual Classes and Personal Training sessions, which are proving very popular.
We will change the content regularly if we find people are using the clips. Please provide us with your feedback, either when you are ready for a new clip or if you want any changes. Unfortunately we don't have professional equipment to film with so we have done the best we can with what we have.
The Hiit sessions are designed to be instruction videos demonstrating each exercise and showing you how to adapt it to suit your body and fitness level. Start with HiiT 1, perfect the exercise (using the video as reference guide if you need too), remember the simple rules of a HiiT session:
