Description
A blend of mobility, flexibility, core & postural exercises to help relieve back pain, recover/prevent injury and create a healthy foundation for more strenuous exercise programs. The benifits of pilates being the gentle movements make them comfortable for everyone, our experience in teaching Pilates allows us to easily adapt exercises to suit your needs. We also have extensive knowledge and experience helping you to understand and activate the correct muscles and have an in-house specialist physio we can refer you too if we feel it necessary.
The class in itself will be an enjoyable relaxing experience, a great stress buster for your busy life but will also help keep you strong, flexibly and resilient in life in general.
