This plan is so easy to follow. When the kids get me up too early, I do my twenty minute workout while they watch TV. The food plan is simple and delicious. I didn’t have to make too many changes to how I ate before, just be more mindful of eating my food in the right proportions and combinations. Before I had my first baby I'd done very irregular exercise, never really keeping at a routine or enjoying it, and had several gym memberships that had lapsed. After having my son I wanted to shift the baby weight and make the most of my maternity leave, so I joined one of Jess's classes. She encouraged me and pushed me in the right amounts, and most importantly helped me enjoy exercising. Offering new and experienced mums effective, fun and supportive exercise classes. No additional childcare is necessary, your baby or toddler is welcome in the class.
We can check that your stomach muscles are ready for certain exercises; classes are suitable from 6 weeks after childbirth.
Our high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions are hugely effective for fat loss and building strength and endurance. You will burn lots of calories in a limited time and for up to 36 hours after the session. The high intensity part of each class lasts for just 25 minutes. Every class can be adapted to suit all abilities and levels of fitness.
A fitness programme focused solely on you and your goals. Progressive and varied exercise sessions. Motivation and encouragement to continue. With regular sessions you will see and feel results fast, achieve your goals, maximise the benefits of exercising, minimise your risk of injury.
Our sessions include:

We have developed The Hormone Plan, a package of HIIT sessions and nutrition advice suited specifically for you and your body type. This programme is very successful and will burn off fat, particularly from stubborn areas.

If you come to our classes or have shorter PT sessions, why not buy the plan to complement them? It is like having a personal trainer at home. Get access to in-depth nutritional advice and home workouts you can use on days you can't get to the studio. A great backup, especially for mums!

A body balanced with strength and flexibility is less prone to injury and will support you throughout your day. Concentrating on smooth flowing movements enables you to become acutely in tune with your body.
As well as our small group Pilates' classes, we also offer one to one sessions, ideal to introduce the basics if you have never done Pilates before.
If are recovering from an injury or illness, we also work with local osteopaths, chiropractors and physios. We can create a bespoke programme of exercises for you to carry out at home and recommend the most suitable class for you to attend. Our Pilates' instructors are trained to work with pre and postnatal women.
Our Iyengar-inspired Hatha Yoga classes build strength and flexibility in the body and mind. The classes combine the gentle breath and self-reflection of Hatha, with the alignment-focused physical Asana (postures) practise of Iyengar.
Be guided through flowing Vinyasa sequences and postures to challenge, strengthen and open your body by teacher Kate. The class finishes with Savasana, a precious moment of relaxation where you can let go of all your tensions and be truly present in the moment. Carry this feeling with you throughout your day.
Our classes are for everybody and offer variations on postures that are accessible for all ages and abilities, allowing you to work in a way that suits your body on that particular day.
Kate is certified by the UK and European governing body Yoga Alliance and is the founder of Zanti Yoga. If you are anxious about joining a class, worried about an injury or health concern, looking to develop your practice to support your emotional or mental wellbeing or want more of a challenge, Kate also offers one to one sessions.
