Offering new and experienced mums effective, fun and supportive exercise classes. No additional childcare is necessary, your baby or toddler is welcome in the class.

We can check that your stomach muscles are ready for certain exercises; classes are suitable from 6 weeks after childbirth. 

Signature Classes

Our bespoke, small group classes cover all aspects of your fitness and wellbeing. Our timetable has classes for adults only or for mums to exercise with their baby or toddler in the class at The Little Fitness Academy.

Personal Training

A fitness programme focused solely on you and your goals. Progressive and varied exercise sessions. Motivation and encouragement to continue. With regular sessions you will see and feel results fast, achieve your goals, maximise the benefits of exercising, minimise your risk of injury.

Our sessions include:

30 minutes: bespoke HIIT session 

45 minutes: warm up, bespoke HIIT session, stretching

60 minutes: warm up, bespoke HIIT session, core, stretching & nutrition plan/advice

You can share sessions with a friend or small group. Babies and small children are welcome to attend sessions. To discuss your needs, please give Jess a call on 07870 207779. Use our online booking system or app to pay and reserve a regular slot. 

The Hormone Plan

If you want to lose weight, lose fat and change your shape, you need to address three things:

  1. What you eat
  2. What exercise you do
  3. Your mindset

We have developed The Hormone Plan, a package of HIIT sessions and nutrition advice suited specifically for you and your body type. This programme is very successful and will burn off fat, particularly from stubborn areas.

The Hormone Plan is available as an online 8 week programme. For just £99, you can access all the information you need to get you started. 

If you come to our classes or have shorter PT sessions, why not buy the plan to complement them? It is like having a personal trainer at home. Get access to in-depth nutritional advice and home workouts you can use on days you can't get to the studio. A great backup, especially for mums!

Pilates

A body balanced with strength and flexibility is less prone to injury and will support you throughout your day. Concentrating on smooth flowing movements enables you to become acutely in tune with your body. 

As well as our small group Pilates' classes, we also offer one to one sessions, ideal to introduce the basics if you have never done Pilates before.

  • Gain long, lean muscles
    • Improve flexibility and mobility

If are recovering from an injury or illness, we also work with local osteopaths, chiropractors and physios. We can create a bespoke programme of exercises for you to carry out at home and recommend the most suitable class for you to attend. Our Pilates' instructors are trained to work with pre and postnatal women.

Yoga

Our Iyengar-inspired Hatha Yoga classes build strength and flexibility in the body and mind. The classes combine the gentle breath and self-reflection of Hatha, with the alignment-focused physical Asana (postures) practise of Iyengar.

Be guided through flowing Vinyasa sequences and postures to challenge, strengthen and open your body by teacher Kate. The class finishes with Savasana, a precious moment of relaxation where you can let go of all your tensions and be truly present in the moment. Carry this feeling with you throughout your day.

Our classes are for everybody and offer variations on postures that are accessible for all ages and abilities, allowing you to work in a way that suits your body on that particular day. 

Kate is certified by the UK and European governing body Yoga Alliance and is the founder of Zanti Yoga. If you are anxious about joining a class, worried about an injury or health concern, looking to develop your practice to support your emotional or mental wellbeing or want more of a challenge, Kate also offers one to one sessions. Sports Massage

We also offer this special form of massage, typically used before, during and after athletic events. It can also be used by non-athletes.

    • Or reduces injury recovery time 
  • Prepares body for peak performance

Please see below for our class timetable. All classes, PT sessions, Yoga one to ones, Nutrition and Sports Massage consultations can be booked online or via our app. Please press 'Book' under a class in the timetable to go to our booking system. In our online store, you can set up an account, pay for services and schedule your sessions. We offer pay as you go (£15 a class) or membership contracts:

Classes only - every 4 weeks
Basic £48 - 4 classes
Regular £80 - 8 classes
Ultimate £108 - 12 classes

(30 minutes of PT is £22.50 instead of usual £35!)
