I started with Jess after my second child in an attempt to get fit and lose some weight. I began with PT sessions to build up my strength and endurance and probably more importantly for me, my confidence in my body again! I then moved onto the Spin HITT classes which I absolute love. The intensity, variety of exercises and the pumping music were such motivators! Jess has been a fundamental part of the progression of my fitness. Thank you!
