Womens Health Physio
Gemma takes woman’s health to a new level. Her passion, knowledge and listening capabilities are second none. She works with woman of any age but has a special interest in pregnancy, postnatal and menopause and all the niggles those periods of our life can bring. No more suffering in silence about personal issues, Gemma is here to help you find a solution and get you back on track. She’s a must if you recently had a baby and offers a full ‘Mummy MOT’ which you don’t get in your 6 week check on the NHS. Whether or not you have recently had a baby, EVERY woman can benefit from a visit to Gemma.
Imogen Montegomery
Reflexologist
Immy is our wonderful reflexologist. She has a nursing background and a down to earth approach to reflexology using it very much as a functional tool to enhance your health. Reflexology is a relaxing enjoyable treatment but also offers solutions to many health issues. She has a special passion for pregnancy, postnatal and also treats babies. She runs a baby cafe on a Friday morning where you can bring your baby for a 15 minute reflexology session, while you enjoy a coffee. If you baby suffers from one of the common baby complaints reflux, not sleeping, constipation a short 15 minute session with Immy can make all the difference.
Kate Gollow
Clinical Massage Therapist
Kate is our clinical massage therapist and also our long standing in-house yoga instructor. She has an intuitive approach to massage and the body allowing her to reach the root of your issues and offer some relief quickly. She’s functional, practical and knowledgeable….rather than offering a full body relaxing treatment, Kate focuses on areas you have problems, allowing her to spend much needed time and energy to remove blockages, enhance energy flow and encourage the body to relax, these problem areas can often be brushed over in a relaxation type massage. So Kate is the missing link if that relaxation massage left you feeling a little frustrated. If you need a more personalised approach Kate is here for you.

Holistic Beauty
Anya offers the most wonderfully relaxing and restorative holistic massage and facial treatments. A full body experience, allowing you time to escape the world and restore your much needed energy reserves. An hour with Anya is like an weekend spa break. If you are feeling a little stuck or struggling to find the fulfilment and sense of purpose that is so important in life, Vanessa is here to help. She creates a safe, welcoming space, alongside her naturally warm sensitive personality, to help you find your sense of purpose and optimise your life journey. Vanessa will help you identify your desired version of yourself and vision for your life and set you on the path of possibility and positivity. After a long year, we feel everyone is need of a little bit support and guidance. No problem is too big or too small to benefit from the positive influence of a Life Coach.
