A fast paced low impact cardio and resistance session, a ‘signature’ Fitness Academy class alternating bursts on the spin bike with body weight or kettlebell exercise. Each class is different, variety is the space of life to keep you on your toes! Suitable throughout pregnancy and from 6 weeks postpartum. Bring your babies and toddlers with you, no need for childcare! A warm studio with jumperoos, travel cot & toys to entertain the little ones while you gently ease your body back into exercise. You and you little ones will leave feeling energised and uplifted. Exercises adaptable for all levels, injuries and postpartum niggles. We are experts in making your session just right for YOU.
