Virtual Exercise
A virtual program, offering LIVE early morning 30 minute exercise sessions TWICE a week Monday & Friday at 630am. A wonderfully energising mix of cardio, resistance and flexibility moves blended to create a unique dose of energy, leaving you feeling invigorated and focused for the rest of the day. The short, varied sessions make it enjoyable, sessions are also recorded if you prefer to exercise later in the day or repeat the session later in the week. We will also provide you with a 30 minute YOGA recording at the beginning of each month do as often as you like.
What better way to increase your fitness and energy levels during the SUMMER from the comfort of your own home, but with the motivation and accountability from the Fitness Academy team. Sessions are suitable for ALL FITNESS ABILITIES.
(Pre & post natal, over 60’s and injuries the sessions can be easily adapted for, just let us know when you sign up!)
Mindset
Alongside we provide wellness tasks and motivation to help you build your own personalised ‘wellness toolbox’ you can use whenever you need too. The monthly tips and recipes will help to keep you on track and provide reminders of those little things that make a big difference to your wellbeing and energy throughout the month. We have found it creates a really good community spirit, a sense of togetherness and this applied information is what creates the knowledge you can take to enhance your experience of daily life.
