A gentle restorative class suitable from 4-6 weeks post birth. A series of mobility, flexibility and core awakening exercises will provide an energising and uplifting movement session. We will check your abdominal separation if this has not already been done by Gemma our women’s health specialist and adapt the exercises for each individual to ensure they promote a healing response and are correctly loading the delicate postpartum muscles. The class will help form the foundation of your postpartum journey back to fitness and gives a great foundation to build on. We have baby play mats, jumperoos and a playpen to ensure your little one is as happy as possible during the class. You will also be give options to include them in exercises should you wish. Coffee will be served after the class so you can sit and relax /feed before you set off energised for the rest of your day.
