Terms
You will need to commit to the same session/time each week, please confirm session choices by email. On the odd occasion if you need to change a session, providing 24 hours notice is given we can find you a place on another session.
You can cancel your subscription with 4 weeks a notice (you can do this yourself via your account, please confirm by email when you cancel so we know to open up your time slot to someone else)
Once set up, your subscription payment will reserve your session choices ongoing until you cancel. Your place will ALWAYS be reserved for you, no need to book.
On the rare occasion we need to cancel a session we will let you know. If you cant attend the alternative option we can organise a refund for the session that was cancelled.
Its up to you to attend the sessions you pay the subscription for, no refunds or alternative sessions can be given for missed sessions or changes outside of the 24hours notice period.
