All our sessions are suitable for ALL levels of fitness, exercises will be adapted for you as needed. However if you haven’t exercised for a while or have an injury or health condition, we recommended you book a one to one session with us prior to booking on to a group class. This allows us to fully understand you and your body and personalise classes so you get the most out of each session and exercise safety.
