Glow Club – Month Three: A Kundalini Yoga Experience with Nancy
Our third monthly Glow Club gathering is just around the corner, and as our community of wellness seekers and ‘awe moment’ collectors continues to grow, we’re thrilled to welcome Nancy for this month’s experience: Kundalini Yoga.
Nancy, one of our in-house yoga experts, brings depth, authenticity, and warmth to every session she leads. Her approach invites presence, inner peace, and connection — both to self and to others.
These evenings are designed to create a nurturing space for like-minded souls to come together, share in new experiences, and tap into the healing power of nature. Our aim is to help regulate the nervous system, elevate mood, and foster genuine human connection.
Kundalini Yoga is a deeply spiritual practice that combines postures, breathwork, meditation, and uplifting music to awaken dormant energy within the body. It’s a powerful tool for personal growth, self-awareness, and inner transformation.
What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a Kundalini yoga session led by Nancy, followed by a relaxing sound bath.
Then, we’ll take a peaceful walk around the lake, soaking in the beauty of the evening.
We’ll finish in the sauna for our monthly chat, with optional cold plunges for a refreshing, revitalizing end to the night.
