Description
A low impact, high intensity cardio class combining short bursts of cardio on the bike, interspersed with developmental stretches for all the major muscle groups. If you have an injury this is a perfect class to get your weekly intensity minutes up using the bike, which is low impact on joints. The stretches are designed to target the common tight muscles groups, hamstrings, lower back, chest, shoulders but unlike a yoga class where there can be significant loading through upper body, knees etc we will ensure all the stretches target the area we need to releases but will give modified options for those that need them.
Combine the cardio and stretching with uplifting music and this really will feel like the best 45 minutes of your week.
