Description
A low impact, medium intensity cardio class combining short bursts of cardio on the bike, interspersed with standing yoga asanas, designed to develop strength, stamina and determination. If you have an injury this is a perfect class to get your weekly intensity minutes up using the bike, which is low impact on joints. The standing asanas are also a great way to strengthen joints and muscles with minimal impact.
We will close the class with a short yoga stretch of twists, sweated and standing postures to enhance flexibility and relaxation.
Combine the cardio, standing asanas and stretches with uplifting music and this really will feel like the most restorative, uplifting 45 minutes of your week.
